• First & foremost, Social Media Managers are relationship builders. My job is build a trusting, mutually-beneficial relationship with your audience; we do this by curating a social profile that makes newcomers feel welcome and maintains excitement in the old-timers. 
  • I'll make sure that your analytics are more than just numbers. The metrics are important, but so is understanding that we're working with humans. Social trends & happenings will play into your data - I'll make sure you know what's up.
  • I'm thorough but I'm not Type A. I'm detail-oriented and have high standards for the work I do, but I also recognize that life & business will not fall apart if something doesn't go to plan.
  • I'm passionate but not intense about it. Yes, our businesses are our prides and joy, but social media will always be here and I will never encourage you to run yourself ragged over it.

We'll have a quick (30-60 minute) discovery call. This is where I'll learn everything I can about your business & why you reached out to me in the first place. 

I'll send you a proposal that explains what we talked about, what exactly our work together would entail, pricing, FAQs, and next steps. 

If you have any edits to the proposal, we'll work to create a plan that works better for you. If you love it as-is, I'll send over a contract and an invoice for first month's payment. 

This is the best part: we meet again for our kick-off call! This is where I get any information I need from you (login info, your vision, etc.) and we map out what we'll do first. Yay!
